Health & Safety Protocols

Pine Ridge Nursery School is committed to protecting the health, safety and well-being of staff and families.  Visit our Policies page to find our Health and Safety Protocols or click here to download the document (Updated April 18, 2024).

Daily Health Check

Parents should monitor children daily for signs of illness. If your child is sick, keep him/her home and report the absence. Do not send your child back to school until there has been a 48-hour period with no fever or gastro symptoms and any other symptoms are significantly improving. Staff are continuously assessing themselves and the children in attendance for signs of illness. Parents may be called to pick up their children if necessary.

We have best routine practices in place for infection prevention and control in the school and remain committed to prioritizing the health and well-being of children, families, and staff.
